MediaServer - multi-room AV media servers |

Store all the music and video from your CDs, MP3s, DVDs and
Blu-Ray discs, together with all your photos and all your
recorded TV and radio programmes, on a simple and reliable
multi-room AV media server with an intuitive user interface. All
of your stored content can be accessed from anywhere in your
home using a Vivadi
MediaMaster, MediaClient, or
MediaStreamer
in each additional room, connected to the MediaServer via a
standard Ethernet network. All systems feature fully automatic
collection of cover artwork and metadata and all have TCP/ IP
interface to allow control from Crestron, AMX, Control 4,
Pronto, Opus, iPhone & iPad. |

What do I need? |
|
You will need a standard Ethernet network with one central server, plus one
client for each room. We offer 4 complete
multi-room AV systems,
or you can specify the components you require and we can build a
tailor made system for you. |

How do I choose the server? |
|
For 1 – 4 room systems you can use any of our
MediaMaster
models as your server. For systems with 5 or more rooms you will need
the Vivadi MS108 MediaServer: |

The Vivadi MS108 MediaServer |
The Vivadi MS108 is our flagship multi-room AV media server, providing the heart of a full
multi-room AV system for your smart home and serving up to 20
rooms. It is a powerful home
media server that can be hidden out of sight, such as in an
under-stairs cupboard, where it will allow you to store and
share all of your multimedia content across your network. You
can also access it from anywhere in the world, via a standard
broadband connection. The MS108 MediaServer will provide multi-room
AV to work alongside a sophisticated multi-room home automation
system, or can be operated independently if preferred. It is a very robust product
designed for 24/7 operation and is supplied with a full rack
mounting kit if required.

4 x 2TB hard discs to store up to 1,600 movies, 12,000 CDs,
6,000 hours of recorded TV, or any combination of these

All of your stored content can be accessed in up to 20
rooms

The MS108 MediaServer can be set to automatically backup all of your
valuable content on a daily basis, which will allow full
recovery in the event of a hard drive failure

The automatic backup will include all connected MediaMasters
and can also be set to include any connected laptop or
desktop PCs if required

If an even higher level of security is required, to cover
fire, flood or theft risks, you can subscribe to have a
daily backup to an off-site server, giving you complete
peace of mind

The Vivadi MC100 MediaClient |
The Vivadi MC100 is a simplified compact MediaMaster client, optimised for
bedroom or kitchen use. It has no local Blu-ray/ DVD/ CD drive,
HD audio, or TV tuner option.

What about copyright? |
|
Please note that copyright law restricts the copying of movies and so Vivadi
products do not support this feature. If you wish to store
movies for which you already own the DVD or Blu-ray, then
additional software can be downloaded at a cost of £59 and this
will fully integrate with the MediaServer software to enable you
to add movies to your library. Please

Prices and Delivery

The Vivadi MS108 MediaServer costs £2,999 -
£4,499 and the MC100 MediaClient costs £1,199. The ML100 MediaLoader costs £1,499 to
buy, or £99 per week to rent.
